• Wagering Requirement: A minimum betting turnover of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• The bonus may be claimed only once per account. Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
• 9coins may launch special promotions or seasonal offers and may change or cancel existing offers. Each promotion's own terms will apply.
• The bonus is not cash; it is usable for gaming purposes only and cannot be directly withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

VIP Program and Cashback

9coins has a four-tier VIP program for active members on the platform. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active gaming, users can advance to higher VIP tiers. 9coins determines the benefits and conditions of each tier and reserves the right to change them when necessary.

Gaming Policy and Fair Play

All games on the 9coins platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The following points apply:
